It is hard to find a good shabu-shabu place in orange county, but actually, it is hard to find a shabu-shabu place in orange county. This place is very popular. They are known for their big red doors on the outside of their building. This place has wonderful workers. They are all very kind. Their vegetables are very fresh, and you can taste it in your food. this is a very good place for a social gathering allowing you and your friends to talk, while eating. Take a moment and try it out!

Wow. There are not a lot of shabu-shabu restaurants in Orange County. Besides that, this place is an excellent restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice. Good place for a date, or to go with family. The people that work there are very polite, like most Japanese people are. It was delight to go there with my family. There was something for everyone to enjoy. If you have an evening available, please go there to enjoy a night of yummy shabu-shabu.

If you've never tried Shabu Shabu, then you'll want your first experience here. Once you sit down, your order is taken immediately, and you're given thinly sliced meat, veggies, noodles, a couple of cubes of tofu, and you're ready. Cook all these in a pot of boiling water, dip it in their sauces, and voilà! California Shabu Shabu is the best in Orange County, better than the one at the Block in Orange. If you come during dinner, expect to wait. Lunchtime is less busy, and although you're getting smaller portions, you leave the restaurant very happy and very full!
