I can’t say how much I appreciate the Ballard's they are a class operation. I have tried the chains and other jewelers but Glenn and Guy Ballard always take care of me and my family. They designed a gorgeous ring for my wife and showed me the computer generated 3D image before they made it. True Master Jewelers and very creative… My wife thinks I’m the genius!!!! Pros: Design and Knowledgeable Cons: closing hours during weekdays

They are good jewelers, if you don't know anyone else. I was getting bad vibes from the Ballards, they were pushy and not very friendly... I however continued to do business with them, until someone referred me to another jeweler in Fountain Valley. Man, the difference in attitude and prices. I compared prices on jewelry from B&B to the new jewelry store and B&B was a rip! I will never go there again.
