Italian Inn Ridglea has been there since '67 and the menu has expounded quite a bit, so those who were griping about the menu should look at the menu on the wall which has their original menu. They encourage you to sign the walls and it is neat to see and read about all the engagements, etc. It is reaking of memories and experiences. The food is always incredible.

Great food, music, atmosphere. Whoever said they don't have tirimasu is wrong. They have a huge variety of deserts and one of my favorites is the tirimasu. My family are regulars there now. They are one of the best kept secrets in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I reccomend it to anyone.

I went to Italian Inn thinking that it would be romantic, as it was voted most romantic by FW Weekly readers. Apparently, I have a different view on romantic atmosphere, because the individual high-walled booths that were covered in graffiti were not exactly becoming. The service was good, but once the food arrived, I was in for another disappointment. I ordered alfredo, which is generally pretty tough to do badly, but it was very sweet and just did not taste good. My fiance got lasagna, which he wasn't very fond of either. The prices were way too high, and overall it wasn't a good experience.

I have been living in Naples, Italy for the past year and just moved back. I was very dissapointed in this restaurant. They didn't have Caprese on the appetizers, they didn't know what margarita or diavolo pizza was, and they didn't even have Tiramisu! I would say if your looking for authentic italian don't come here but if you are looking for a neat atmosphere and romantic setting then it's a pretty good spot. Pros: Neat setting Cons: Not true Italian food

I really enjoyed the Italian Inn. The restaurant is underground and was a little hard to find. The atmosphere is great. In this restaurant anything can be written on including tables, walls, and booths. Most of the writing are love notes written on anniversaries and it is cool to read through them. The food is really good also. I had the lasagna and I couldn't eat it all. The salad bar comes with the meal and their bread is good. Highly Recommend!

I love getting a booth there and closing the doors--locking the world out so you can talk in whispers above candlelight with your significant other. Other highlights of this restaurant include the piano player, the friendly service, and the fact that you can bring a marker or pen and write a message on the wall to commemorate the event.

i went here with my date before prom one time back in high school. it was a neat little place. i think they have renovated since ive been last. the waiters and waitresses sing in between waiting on you. so if yours gets up there youre going to have to wait a few minutes. prices werent bad, but maybe more than it was really worth. maybe youre paying for entertainment too?
