I went into Fredericks of Hollywood to purchase a gift for my friend for her Bachelorette party. It was a last minute buy and I was actually stopping by the mall on my way to the party. I was rushed and frantic. The sales associate took charge in helping me find the best gift for my friend. She also gift wrapped my purchase and letting me write out the card right there to save me some time. I was in and out of that store in minutes. I was really impressed with the level of customer service that I received at the store---and the gift was cute, too.
