I had a really great experience at Moritz.I traded my Kia Spectra and dealt with Troy he was a great guy to work with. As for the service department Fred was who I always dealt with when I would take the Kia in for service and repairs the people treated me very well.Troy even sent me a birthday card. It has been a year ago. My son is now looking for his first car and I will be sending him there.

I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership, one in 03 and one in 05. Everything was going great until about a year ago, when their service department began to go downhill. They just don't have the same level of customer service they used to.
I never had any problems getting any work done on my cars, and the people there were very friendly and courteous. Sometimes I would have to wait a while to get service done but I didn't mind, I just made sure to clear my schedule that day. Suddenly a little over a year ago I noticed they weren't really being as friendly as they used to be, and that's when their service began to decline. Now you need an appointment to get anything done. Just getting them on the phone is a nightmare, they keep transferring me and putting me on hold and when someone finally answers, they are in a hurry to hang up.
I tried calling three times today, first they transfer me to service department and nobody answers, phone kept ringing. I call back later: I keep getting transferred back and forth until eventually I believe they hung up on me. I call back a little while later and, after being transferred back and forth again, I finally get a hold of the service department, which promptly puts me on hold. Finally somebody answers. I explain to them that I am trying to reschedule an appointment and apparently they never even set it up in the first place! Then they claim they will call me back later today but I seriously doubt it.
I had a great experience buying my vehicles from them, and It's sad to see their service decline like this. If I they don't cal me back today and get everything straightened out I won't be dealing with them anymore.

I got my car from Jared back in June, he was real nice and got me top dollar on my old pontiac. Also 3 months later my car was fogging up my windows and I work during the hours that the service center is opened and because of all the bad reviews about central Kia I didn't want to take it there (which is closer to my work) So Jared said he would get me to work and pick me up so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Now what kind of company does that for their customer? I've already got the car and its 3 months later he could have just written me off but he didn't. Moritz Kia goes above and beyond for me. I am a woman and most dealerships just try to get our money and then forget about us.

I hate this dealership. The selling of the car was fine, but when it comes to service...forget it!!! You have to make an appt just to get your oil changed. And if you are female...you are an idiot!! I do NOT
reccommend this dealership to anyone. I don't have a problem with Kia itself, just this dealership. Don't make the same mistake I did and purchase a Kia from Moritz. You'll regret it.

This is a great dealership! I dealt with a guy named Omar. He was amazing! We went from car-shopping to driving out of the lot with our new Optima in a little under 2 hrs. That's amazing! It was a great deal - good trade in value too. We've had maintenance done with Moritz as well - I highly reccommend this dealership!
