This jewelry store has a beautiful showroom. I recently stopped in to have my wedding rings cleaned and I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was. It was a very homelike atmosphere. It is interesting how Collections got started! You should read the story of Sharon Evans the CEO of Collections Fine Jewelry and CFj Mfg in Fort Worth. She is truly an inspiration. It is no wonder that her employees are so kind and provide such excellent service. I will definitely be back!

Troy VInson is a very nice man. He will work with you on prices, and try to find exactly what you want. I was looking for an engagement ring, but didn't like what they had in stock. He went out of his way and ordered 10 more diamonds for me to see. I finally settled on one, and he made a ring for me. My dad also got my step-mom's ring set here. He bought the diamonds elsewhere, but had them put the diamonds on the ring. One of them fell out less than a month later, and Troy replaced the diamond for her, with a better quality diamond. It was his fault that it fell out, because the prongs weren't tight enough, but he went above and beyond, and fixed the problem. Great place!

We had my husband's watch and my ring repaired here and were very satisfied with the level of service that we received. Abe and his wife are very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. The prices for repairs are quite reasonable and they were completed in a timely manner. Thay also have a nice selection of loos diamonds and settings. Very nice store!
