I cannot say enough good things about Curly's. Their custard is awesome. Every month they have a new flavor of the month, and they are generally delicious. They also have an assortment of toppings in which you can get mixed into your custard, everything from espresso beans to pretzels to peanut butter, and it is all delicious. By far the best custard around.

Good place to stop by and pick up some ice cream and eat it outside on the patio. The patio furniture is shared with Red Brick Pizza who also have an Italian ice cream called Gelato that I love.
Cold Stone is good to eat on a hot day, love their lemon flavor and they have some great cakes in their cooler.
Pros: good selection of flavors
Cons: always very warm in this restaurant

I have tried Peppermint ice cream all over the country and Braum's has the best by far! The price at Braum's is perfect. For $2 you get a double scoop in a waffle cone. I have paid double that for inferior ice cream.
My brother raves about the Butter Brickle. He says he won't move to another part of the country because they don't have a Braum's with his beloved Butter Brickle. He can't find it anywhere else.
The fast food at Braum's doesn't do anything for me. It is regular fast food fare.
If you go to Braum's get the ice cream. Top Notch!

I had wanted to try this place for a while and last Friday we finally stopped with some friends. When you go here(and you should) don't go through the drive-thru. There is a great little courtyard in front by the street that is quiet and a great place to sit and enjoy great custard. The custard was very good. I had the Very Berry with real blueberries and I loved it. My wife had the peanut butter something and it was great also.

Compared to Cold Stone Creamery, there is not marble slab.
Ice Cream: Cold Stone's is more fresh & creamy- it is ACTUALLY made fresh daily
Waffles: secret ingredient, and also made fresh daily
Cakes: bigger, better, freshly made daily- adicting.
Service: I saved the best for last- the employees have amazing attitudes and they SING and dance for tips- why bother going any other place?
Price: just the cherry on the top- Cold Stone cost less than any other ice cream shop. How? Cause they get more business than any other shop, so they can afford to have competitive pricing. That's why all the marble slabs, etc., keep going out of business... it's just like I said: there's no competition.
COLD STONE CREAMERY IS AWESOME! Marble... what was that place called?
