The food here is consistanly good and the service ha been good all but one time that I have eaten at this Chili's. For some reason the Air Conditioning always seems to be going full-force, but other than that, I have no real complaints. I am always seated promptly.
Pros: Good Food, Good Parking, Fast Seating

I enjoy eatting a bennigans but if you are really hungry I wouldn't eat there. The food is good but the serving sizes are small. The best meal to order is the sea food platter. The wait time is long but the food is hot when you get it. The drinks taste watered down so you might as well order virgin drinks because they taste the same. To me the price of the food is high and you're paying for small samples.
PROS: The food is hot made to order
CONS: the servings are small and the price is high

I am in a wheelchair and waited for ten minutes at the front area to be seated. No one paid attention to me or my party at all. The restaurant was not busy as it was 2:30 pm. several people saw us and paid no attention or asked if we need to be seated etc.. We just left and went elsewhere.
We called to talk to the manager later in the day and they would not speak to us. We then called the corporate office and was told that someone would get back to us and no one ever did. I will not ever dine in Bennigan's again. It is obvious that they do not want to serve someone who is disabled.
Cons: don't go to eat there if you are disabled

It is a complete mistake to attach this location to the great pizzeria Uno & Duo in chicago. This place is a complete fraud. Under cooked, horrible service... I mean you have the perfect recipe for dough and pizza, yet they can not cook it right. When brought to managements attention, they advised its suppose to be that way. Seriously..
I lived in chicago for 18 years, eaten at the original countless times. Its not suppose to be that way..
Pros: Ceaser salad, free drink refills..
