They don't even deserve one star! I've been going to Einsteins for over 5 years now and have always enjoyed it. Recently there has been a change in management and a big employee turnover and the service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I thought it was a fluke, but the last three times I've attempted to go there, I've met employees who act like they just plain don't want to be there. Today, they took my order and my money and then just didn't make my food while I stood there in front of them for over 10 minutes. Finally when I told them to give me my money back, I got no apology or explanation from the manager, WHATSOEVER! I guess this is normal operating procedure at the new Einstein's. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!

When you are looking for a great bagel, look no further than Einstein Brothers Bagel Shop. They have a large assortment of different kinds of bagels to choose from and you can top your bagel with one of their amazingly delicious smears--my personal favorite is the cinnamon bagel with the honey-almond smear. Like I said, the variety is incredible and you really can't go wrong eating here.

This is a great place to study or chat. The bagels are sooo wonderful and they have some other food options too, though I have never gotten past the great bagels. I am a student at TCU and we always order in for meetings and sometimes classes. The atmosphere inside is also wonderful, its quiet enough to study but you can still chat over snacks and coffee.
