We live near the Munchies on Broadway so we frequent it often with neighborhood friends. It's a great hang out with good food. The service is lacking but I guess we just know to expect that now!

I love the decor in this resturant. It has a ton of old posters and artifacts, including old marching band drums and brass instruments placed on the walls and shelves. (It was here before the Ruby Tuesdays, so the look is more a trend of the 1970s, than copying other resturants). The pizzas and salads are the best things here.
I would agree with the other reviewer that the service is less than hoped for. They always appear to be short on waiters and waitresses. The cleanliness of the booths and tables reflects this shortage of help. Sometimes you have to do a bit of cleaning up before sitting down to dine.

The food is good but the service is scarce. When you walk in, you are waiting to be told by a passing hurried rushed waiter/waitress to have a seat anywhere. After being seated, the waiter/waitress seems to go on break as there is no one to be found. When you do get waited on, to get a drink refill is virtually impossible and the food wait is well worth it (if you know what to order) but very long even for a sit down restaurant. I am glad they participate in the Entertainment book, otherwise it wouldn't be worth my time. I love the scooby snacks, though, very tasty!
