I recently took my 15 yr old daughter to the Great Clips on Lima Rd. She had been there once before and the stylist did a nice job so we decided to try again. Well this time around the stylist didn't listen to a thing we said. We explained to her what my daughter was looking for and she did the exact opposite! My daughter had hair down to her waist and by the time this girl was finished it was above the shoulder!!! I was so upset and I can't even begin to explain how upset my daughter is. She used to pull her hair up on occasion and now she really can't. Needless to say we will NEVER step foot in that Great Clips again!

I have been using Great Clips for a year or so and have been very happy with the cuts and service that I received. I like the fact that it is walk in place and I can get my hair cut when it is convenient for me. The stylist are great and very personable. The store is clean and neat too. This is the place I have been using for the whole family especially with the great prices

Hair Cuts for the family. I enjoy talking with the ladies that work at this Great Clips. They are very friendly and do well with the kids. Their cuts are priced right. I have not had any thing other than cuts there, so I don't know how their pricing for the other items compare.
