50 minutes after I call in on a Saturday Kyle arrived. He wore shoe covers was polite and very helpful, changed the valve answered all my questions and had the whole job done in 45 minutes. I was so impressed I bought a contract. Now Kyle will take care of our plumbing in 6 months to avoid future problems. Don't waste your time call Plumbing Nerds. more

Last week we called Plumbing Nerds for the second time, since our first experience had been excellent when they installed our sink, garbage disposal and new dishwasher last year. Our call last week was to ask about pricing to move supply lines on a Landry room remodel project. John gave me several ideas on how to make the project easier...and less expensive. Kyle D. is an awesome Nerd! He arrived at our home at 7pm after a long day down in Naples -Ft. Myers. He proceed to repair and replace the plumbing for our toilet, installed the new toilet, replaced the bathtub valve cartridge, snaked the tub drain and removed our old toilet, cleaned the bathroom areas he worked in and explained everything issue in detail with the recommended solution. He was on site until after 9pm. He is a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable young man! Take good care of him at Plumbing Nerds!! more

Plumbing Nerds Kyle D was the service tech that came to replace some outdoor faucets. Kyle was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the work quickly and answered all my questions. He also did a whole house plumbing inspection and offered advice for future consideration. I would be happy to have him provide service in the future if needed. I called in to Plumbing Nerds on a Monday to have someone come out and check on a major issue. There was a foul odor lingering in both my bathrooms. They set an appointment for 2 days later - about the same as other companies I'd contacted. They called to let me know when the plumber was on the way. The Plumbing Nerd they sent was Jimmy C. He wore a Plumbing Nerds uniform and his vehicle clearly displayed the company's name and logo. Jimmy listened to my explanation of the issue and then told me what he thought could be causing the problem. He explained what he would do to try and locate the problem and at what point a fee would be charged to proceed. He answered my questions and explained everything as he went along. He invited me to observe him work and pointed out problem areas as he located them with the drain camera. He then went over some different options to remedy the issue. I went with the service he recommended, he completed it that same day, and the foul odor has not returned. Clean up was minimal because Jimmy cleaned as he went along and wore green shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt into the house. Jimmy was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and customer service was amazing! The pricing was fair and I will use Plumbing Nerds for any other issues I may have and would highly recommend.- K.G. more

I used an Angie's list discount for a hose faucet replacement. We had the line replaced as well and attached to the house. The line for the faucet was run run along the round with nothing supporting it. The plumber asked if we had any other plumbing needs and we told him about remodeling our bathroom. Well we are 1/3 through that with some major plumbing issues that needed toe addressed. So far so go. I'll have to check back in when the projects completed. more

Field service tech Abel was professional and well qualified. He completed all service work in an efficient manner, he was very personable and did extra service not required or requested.... All at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Plumbing Nerds and Abel for any home plumbing needs. more

We did a Angie's list pre pay for an outdoor water faucet. The work was more extensive than the replacement offer. The tech gave me a price outlined the work and got to work. The job was done quickly and neatly. Could not expected more. more
