We were very disappointed with our experience at Max’s Grille. The menu contains many choices at reasonable prices – and based on our experience I wonder if they are trying to do too much. The food quality was below average and poorly presented. The service we received was far below substandard. Our server frequently disappeared for 10 to 20 minutes at a time. I don’t mean she didn’t stop by the table, she was nowhere to be seen in the restaurant. Max’s Grille apparently sells itself on its 3-4-1 martini special. The martini served to my wife was nearly undrinkable so this “special” was anything but in our eyes. We have no plans to ever go back.
