THe biggest plus for them is that they truly are a bunch of honest hardworking people, whose character reflect in the quality of their work. Very nice dealership polite and thoughtful staff, a service manager that will talk to you and is very sharp, he took the time to ride with me to be sure I was happy with problem not fixed at my dealer I bought truck from. I know sales will be as good when I buy next car for my wife, quite sure I will be getting Saturn from them, Owner, Brian, was very nice, did not know he was owner till after I'd talked to him and a gal there told me, Very nice people.

well ummm, i work here. there is a service manager, hes new, and a lot more effective than the old one. everyone is friendly here. so i have no idea what you are talking about.
Pros: friendly staff, fast working, and hard working.
Cons: sometimes things have to be changed in order for the customer to be safe.

Northgate Ford offers a variety of services including detailing, carwash etc. The car was is wonderful, but the staff always acts like you are putting them out. They grip under their breath if you want a trash bag for your dash, and they complain if you ask them to wipe off your rearview windows. BUT- if what you want is a clean car, and don't care how the staff acts, this might be a once in a while stop, although I would NOT reccomend it. My thoughts are if they are this rude regularly, can you imagine how they would act if their was a problem?
