Fort Collins has one of my all time favorite breakfast cafés, which is saying a lot. If you love breakfast, too, you’ll enjoy this restaurant. Breakfast with New Orleans flair. You might have to wait, because it is small. Small, and charming, and delicious. If they have the poppyseed orange pancakes on special, try them. The eggs Benedict with fruit is great, as is the chicory coffee. YU-UM. For those who like sausage, there is also a spicy Louisiana sausage breakfast that has gotten good reviews from friends.

Lucile's is the place to go in Fort Collins, Longmont, or Steamboat for an awesome cajun breakfast. Be sure to have a biscuit. I always order the breakfast with red beans and I've never been disappointed. On Saturday and Sunday mornings be prepared to wait a bit.
