Good: I have been going to Vision Eyeland for more than 15 years. I have had my eyes examined by both doctors there and have found them to be very thorough and my prescriptions have always been excellent. The frame selection is the best I have ever seen and they are always getting new ones to choose from. The opticians always sit down and talk to me about what lenses are available and let me make my own decisions...they don't just TELL me what I need. I get compliments on my glasses & I can see very well.. Bad: I have never had any problems at all.. Other: Prices are reasonable...I have compared and they are the lowest for equal products..

Do not bother with Vision Eyeland if you are someone who wants no hassle when they did not do it right...it is obviously your fault. If you want very poor customer service..you have found it. If you are looking for a not my problem shop..you have found it. The rules basically make it so that they are not responsible for their actions...on any level. Oh and that large inventory of frames have been the very same for the last 4 years...they do not even move them around to different cases to attempt to disguise the fact that are not updating on a regular basis. Honestly, they have gotten my last dollar...$650+ and they did not even take responsibility for their error in the prescription.

Vision Eyeland Super Optical does have a very large selection of the latest eyewear and it is fun to browse the well priced frames. The visual examinations by the in-house optometrist are OK. I also had good experiences in regards to repair work. The down side is that they seem to have a high turn-over of help and on more than one occasion I have been incorrectly fitted for my glasses. Makes me see red.
