I brought my HP Pavilion TX2000 to EDGE due to the GPU overheating issue that's all over the internet. I was tempted to try one of the many people on eBay to fix it, but found the EDGE website and I'm glad I did. It took less than 24 hours for Sam to fix it. He did a Re-Ball of the GPU and cleaned out the fan and new thermal paste on the CPU. The laptop is running great now and I'm thankful to the folks at EDGE for their quick service and reasonable price. Charlie H Longmont,CO

I took my HP laptop in for repair because it was running so poorly. Sam fixed it within the promised 24 hours and charged me no more (and probably less) than what other places had quoted me. He also fixed a minor issue with my daughter's Mac before we had even left his store. I hope I don't need more computer help anytime soon, but if I do, I will go to the Edge befor I go anywhere else!

My hard drive was totaled, along with a broken ethernet port, and I took it in to Sam not knowing if it was fixable. He was extremely knowledgeable and had diagnosed the problem within minutes, but the best part was that he took the time to explain and show me exactly what was wrong and what it meant for the computer. His prices were beyond reasonable, and he was just such a pleasure to work with. I'm so unbelievably happy that I went to EDGE, and I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else if you're looking for quality work and fair prices.

My computer had pop-up windows all over the place which basically made it useless. I called Edge Computer Repair and talked to Sam and he said I had a virus. I'm unemployed at the moment and not in the best financial shape and couldn't afford to bring it somewhere to get it fixed. I told him this and he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me giving me a list of things to try to fix it myself. I felt like an ass calling back later for more help but he didn't seem to mind. My computer is now back up & running and I just wanted to express how grateful I am for Sam's patience and selfless attitude! Tony S

Good: I liked the "can do" attitude at Edge Computer. Nothing to do with computers, but I called Sam to see if he had any small, special-threaded screws (actually bolts) I needed to fix my fly reel. I said I had contacted Ace Hardware, several reel repair shops and the manufactured. They couldn't help. Sam said bring it in. I did. In 5 minutes he found all the screws in his inventory and fixed my reel. He charged me nothing. I really appreciate a "can do' attitude..

Sam at Edge Computer was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I took my computer in to him because it was runnign slow, he found more problems than what I was expecting and he was wonderful about calling me each time something came up to explain what was going on and what the process was to fix it. I would recomend him to everyone!
