The most crowded place in Old Town Ft Collins, on the weekend. Long waits, get there early. So-so food with the 2-limit Margarita.. Upstairs ballroom is great for banquets and private gatherings. We always have a good time at the Rio.
Can't say enough about the ownership and their involvement in the community.

Coopersmith's has great food, great service, and a great atmosphere! While you are there, don't forget to tour the brewery downstairs. It is also great in the summer, as you can sit on the patio and enjoy downtown Fort Collins at its best!

Enzio's is the best Italian restaurant in Fort Collins. The food is amazing, the service is kind and knowledgeable and the outdoor patio is inviting. I always enjoy my experience and look forward to my next.

Washington's is not just a typical burger joint. The service there is excellent, the food tasty, and the drinks inexpensive. The atmosphere is what makes Washington's so interesting. The business is over 27 years old and is filled with old movie props, and collectibles. There is a beautiful stained glass window at the main bar of George Washington that is over 30 feet high. Washington's without a doubt is the best place to get a burger in Fort Collins. It's not just dining because it truly is a unique experience.

The Starlight is a relatively tiny venue, but a really fun one once you get used to it. They don't get many huge names through, but smaller indie groups like Minus the Bear and Spitafield come through fairly often, and it's a great place for an intimate performance. Tickets are always in the ten to twenty dollar range, and it's well worth it. Plus, if you attend CSU, it's just a short walk from campus. If you like the music playing there, keep checking the schedule, you'll come to love the place.

Probably the closest thing to Cheers in Fort Collins. This place has good food, and live music downstairs. Right in the heart of downtown, so parking is scarce, but this is a good place at a reasonable price.

Ate dinner here and enjoyed the ambience and the bar area, but the food was so-so. I had steak tacos and they were decent but the beans and rice were pretty average and bland. I ordered the dessert specialty: key lime pie. The dessert was creamy and delicious but barely tasted of key lime pie. It looked and tasted homemade which was a big plus.
The bar area is at least as big as the restaurant with plenty of space and entertainment. On a Saturday night, a musician started up at 8:30 and it was a great performance with a lot of participation from the audience.
I'd definitely go here again for a beer but could skip the meal. Well...I might not skip dessert.

I truly think New Belgium makes Colorado's finest beers. They have a great selection of styles and the quality is always superb. They are also a "green" company running their brewery on wind power and doing many other things to protect the environment. Everything I hear about NBB is positive - and everything I've tasted is fantastic.
