I am also a female consumer and hate taking my car anywhere for service and/or maintenance but the professionals at Big Deal Tire and Wheel were amazing! They were very professional and friendly. I was impressed with their service and felt comfortable working with them. I will definitely go back and highly recommend them!

I looked at cars at Pedersen Toyota when shopping for my car, and was impressed by the service. The salespeople were not pushy as you might expect, and they seemed genuinely interested in helping find a car that would be good for me, not just to sell a car. I didn't really like the person they had selling the accessories (ski racks), as he did not seem like he wanted to help me at all. Overall, though, I had a good experience at this dealership.

These guys always care about customer service and instead of trying to sell you parts you don't need will recommend alternate courses of action. Very knowledgeable. Blows the competition in the Fort Collins area out of the water completely. I will only do business with Advance Auto Parts in the future. It takes me back to the days when competition drove good service. They truly act as if they want your future business. Pricing is also extremely competitve.
