I've been going to Charlie's for approx 40 plus yrs and I've sat with 5 generations on the stools provided. My family has been going to Charlies since it was founded. We've taken countless friends and family over the yrs and I feel the burgers are the best I've ever eaten. I don't get there often, but when I do, I eat as many as possible with a Blk & Wht shake. They're the BEST!

Nifty Fifty's in Holmes, PA is blast from the past. You think you are stepping back in time to the 50's. It is one of those cool diner-esque burger, fries and milkshake places. The burgers are small, but so tasty. And you rarely have a milkshake like this anywhere- they are so rich and creamy. If you are on a diet, you might want to pass up on Nifty Fifty's!

When my husband and I got married two years ago, our caterer had ordered our cake through Maria's Prime Time bakery. It was wonderful! We loved it. Ever since then my husband will not let me order a cake from anywhere else. It has to be from there! The service there is great! They have a wonderful selection to choose from!

This place has a nice selection of appliances, I bought all of mine from them when we were redoing our kitchen a couple of years back. I like that they have next day delivery and never have had a problem with them in that regard. I was unhappy with some of the things that the salesman said certain appliances could do (like my stove having a convection oven when it really didn't) so you may want to do your research beforehand. The prices are reasonable and they are much easier to deal with them some department store appliance departments.

I have lived in this area my entire life but never ordered anything from this shop until about a year ago. Oh my Lord! Where have I been all these years? To all the people that keep writing in reviews saying these sandwiches are so, so and complained about the wait...their sandwiches are EXCELLENT! And if I go to a shop and have to wait for an order because it is so busy, that tells me only one thing. They don't have a large enough staff to accommodate the hundreds of people they get in there everyday wanting their awesome sandwiches. If you are going to go to a popular sandwich shop, you can't expect to walk in and walk right out. Sorry! Have you ever heard of a shop with such great food that they never have any customers? I don't think so. If you are going to complain about the wait then use your common sense and call in the order ahead of time. Then you won't have to worry about waiting for your order when you get there!

Good basic selection. I can accomplish in 2 minutes what it takes an hour to accomplish at Home Depot. Not the selection, but heck - they always seem to have what I need, and they don't beat you over the head with prices.

The Fresh Stop is a little market located on the corner of MacDade Boulevard and Morton. They always have several fantastic deals described on the sign outside the door--but no matter what you end up buying, it's always very reasonably priced. I particularly enjoy going there to buy vegetables--things are generally half the price you'd pay at most grocery stores. Their produce also looks fresh, AND tastes great. And their staff is very pleasant as well.

My girlfriend has been going to LA nails for over 10 years and loves the work they do. She often doesn't know what new color to get so they are great at making recommendations and something right for the current season.
They also have done a great job on her nails for special occasions and weddings and were able to accomdate her friend's bridal party on a saturday morning before the wedding. Very helpful and accomodating.

Golden Nugget has a great and diverse selection of jewlery. And if you have an idea of what you're looking for and they don't have it, they'll track it down for you without hesitation!
Great selection of rings, earrings, watches, bracelets, etc. And they will get just about anything you want custom-made!
I picked out the design of a setting I liked for my wife's engagemetn ring and asked him to track down a nice diamond. He got the entire ring made from scratch, and it was much cheaper than anything I would have paid at a chain jeweler.
Lou's a great guy! Can't recommend enough!
