Nick is very professional and has done everything that he has said he would thus far. We appreciate his knowledge of pools other than just the weekly pool cleaning. We did find out after Black Ops Pool Service took a look at our equipment that our previous pool guy was not even touching our pool equipment which is very scary! We are just beginning our monthly service but I think that we are in good hands, and I hope to continue service with them for a long time!

Good: I liked how Black Ops Pool Service made my Sacramento, Ca Swimming Pool like new again.. Bad: How long it took - almost a week, but the results were there so i guess i cant complain. Improvements: I wouldnt mind a little handout given to me after the service so i know how my equipment work....oh wait i got one of those ;). Other: My pool has never looked better - Sacramento, Ca - Elk Grove Ca.

They did exactly what I asked them to do (test and checkout all of my equipment). Some of it was not working properly, so i took it down to a store nearby (el dorado hills) that tried to get me but thats another story... Back to Black Ops Pool Service : Not only did they test all my equipment ...they answered all of my questions and gave me alot of advice on how to maintain my pool here in Folsom, Ca. If I decide to hire weekly maintenance - I will go with them, which is more than likely going to be sooner than later... this pool stuff is hard. I Highly recommend - good people and a good company.
