This particular Sears store is as good or better than other Sears. Store is well organized and customer service is always consistantly good. Managers are hard to get on the phone. Telephone assistance is sparse. Best to call department you are trying to reach directly rather than using operator assistance. Comparable pricing to other stores in this mall. Conveniently located in the mall, close to other large department stores and restaurants.

This particular Sears store is as good or better than other Sears. Store is well organized and customer service is always consistantly good. Managers are hard to get on the phone.
