I was referred to this doctor from a doctor that I met at the local hospital. I am so thankful that he did because she is so awesome! I feel so comfortable with her and she seems to really be in tune with her patients. She is really open to questions. Her facility is in a great location for the Fletcher community. It is nice and new. The waiting room is inviting and comfortable.

We usually visit a different branch of this practice, but we had a Saturday emergency recently and had to go to this one. It was as fabulous as the one we normally visit. They have a large waiting area with lots of things for the kiddos to see and do and there is a separate waiting area for the sick kids. The staff is wonderful here and my son felt very comfortable with the doctor. The patient rooms are small but cozy and clean.

I went here one morning a 3am in dire pain. I had to sit in the waiting room forever! The waiting area was clean and had a TV for me to pass the time. After I got called back, they took great care of me. I got put into triage. The beds there will break your back! My doctor took great care of me and was very professional. I felt comfortable there. The waiting was the only thing that really stressed me out. There wasn't anyone else there, UGH!

This place really seems to have their stuff together. I have never been to a pharmacy that was so fast at filling an order before. I phoned my order in and they said that I wouldn't have to wait because it would be filled by the time I got there. Now that's service! They were also super friendly and called me by my name.

When our dog got hurt by a car, we took him here to see the vet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us understand all of our options. They sympathized with us and helped us throughout that traumatic experience. Our pup ended up in surgery and was well taken care of throughout his stay there. The vet really seemed to care. The place is incredibly clean and neat.
