I have eaten many times at North Street, but the last time we ate there, the name had changed to COPPER. I was quite disappointed, but tried it anyway. It was amazing. The food tasted incredible, and looked almost as good as it tasted. Nice selection of wine, and staff was friendlier than ever. My wife and I are having our anniversary party upstairs, we cant wait. Apparently the new owners are out to prove something. Good Luck, guys.

I've not yet been for dinner, but the North Street Grill is closeby to my office, so we've been by many times for lunch. I stick with lighter fare such as salad and burgers, but I've been pleased with the quality. I definitely want to try this place for dinner one night. Fishkill has a growing culinary scene, with North Street Grill being one of the better restaurants.

We were very pleased with the food. It has a fairly casual atmosphere, and seems a bit pricey given that, but the food was really excellent. Presented beautifully, good sized portions, wonderful taste. The staff is very nice and willing to accomodate special preferences. It is more of an adult place, but they do have high chairs or boosters. They have a nice full service bar also.
