I have eaten many times at North Street, but the last time we ate there, the name had changed to COPPER. I was quite disappointed, but tried it anyway. It was amazing. The food tasted incredible, and looked almost as good as it tasted. Nice selection of wine, and staff was friendlier than ever. My wife and I are having our anniversary party upstairs, we cant wait. Apparently the new owners are out to prove something. Good Luck, guys.

This has been around for quite a long time now and although you can get better ice-cream at other places in the area, they do have some good hamburgers and other quick lunches if you're looking for a place to stop for something fast. Much better than some other fast food places.
PROS: good hamburgers

If you want some big portions of family style foods, this is a good place to try. The food is good and the portions are very generous and although sometimes there is a waiting period to be seated, you can easily entertain yourself by browsing in their store section where they have a huge variety of things for sale.
PROS: good food and generous portions and nice giftshop.
CONS: sometimes you have to wait to be seated.

My husband and I had dinner here for New Year's eve '03. We didn't have a reservation, so we had to eat at the bar. Decent atmosphere, but the food was just what I wanted that night. It was prix fixe for the holiday and a very good value. I had tempura oysters that were fabulous and medium-rare rack of lamb with all the right flavors. The tiramisu was heaven!! What a memorable meal!

This family restaurant offers large homecooked-fashioned meals at affordable prices. It's like fast homecooked food. For the most part, the food is delicious. They offer a wide variety of things to eat, from meals to light snacks and side orders of dishes to desserts. The staff is alright, not overly friendly, but nice enough on most days, and the food is prepared and packed up for you to take to the tables in the restaurant or take home to your own kitchen table :)
