Whether I go to the store during the week when the store is quiet, or on a weekend or before a Holiday, the service is always the same: personable, professional ~ first class....

Worst

I did not have a positive experience when I learned that because the item I purchased was not on sale, I had to purchase a box. I was trying to do some last minute Christmas shop...

Great for gifts 4/14/2006

This Hallmark store always has a huge selection of cards and gifts. This store is also very large so it doesn't get a crowded as some of the smaller Hallmark stores in the malls. The inventory is always much better then anything you would find in a mall. This is also a great place to find neat gift ideas too. more

a great hallmark store 8/5/2005

i love this store and they just opened a new store over on brookschool road, they have all the latest collectilbes and i was looking for a calendar that they did not carry and they called another Cynthia store that did have the item in stock and sent it over and called me it was ready to be picked up!! great service more
