I've been going to Waldo Pepper's for years. When it's good it's very good, when it's not it's eh. That's the bad thing- they're inconsistent. The food is good- especially the pasta dishes. I'm not so fond of the steaks, but that could just have been on eh nights. Overall it's a fun dining experience, and a good choice if you're going to be downtown.
