We were unhappy with our first doctor-she was never available and never saw our infant son-we had a string of doctors and felt our baby was not getting the care or continuity we expected and wanted. After a few visits with Dr. Apostle we were hooked. We changed our primary doctor and have been VERY happy with his care. We now have a 2nd son who also sees Dr. Apostle. The waiting room can be miserable at times-the staff is generally nice. One unpleasant experience where we had an appointment and were a minutes late due to an urgent situation. We were bumped from our appointment and they had walk-ins coming in. We were the last people to be seen before they closed the clinic. We were there for several hours. Over-all very satisfied with care-just wish the waiting time and waiting room was more pleasant.

My 7 yr old has been going there since he was an infant. I was very grateful to Dr Ory for providing such great advice and coaching for me as a first time mother. His advice has proven sound in regards to the health and development of my son. Additionally, when we discovered my stepson did not have complete vaccinations the day before school started, we called and explained the situation and they were very quick at getting us right in.

I was new to the area and sadly had to leave the ped doctor that my children had due to the distance. I found this place online and thought it sounded great. First of all the first 2 times I went there I waited well over an hour for my baby to be seen. The appts were made well in advance and I always show 15 minutes early. I also made appts for my kids to get physicals. They have to be made well in advance. When I took one of my sons to his exam I wanted to double check on the date and time for my daughter. They had NO info on her in their system. Her appt was made a few months prior and we had been waiting that long so I was pretty upset about that. They take kids in and out like its a conveyor belt and not as personable and the office I'm used to dealing with. Needless to say, I'm looking for a different office in my area.

After our daughter was born we selected a pediatrician from Pediatrics Northwes PS. We saw several pediatricians while our daughter was in the hospital as a newborn and had some minor health problems. They were very quick with the exams and then explained everything to us. After our daughter was released from the hospital we took her to the office as we were told for a newborn check up and it was very easy to get an appointment and the staff was really nice.
