I have a front tooth that is has been dead for over 15yrs and is discolored. I've had 4 dentists tell me to leave it as is; it's a healthy tooth, just yellow. Cosmetically it never bothered me. Before Dr. Moore even looked at my Xrays he decided that my tooth needed a root canal and a crown. No other dentist has ever told me this. After he saw the Xray he told me what every other dentist has said BUT ADDED, "You don't want to be THAT girl in the wedding picture with the yellow tooth. You need to really think about getting it crowned." I have never been so offended in my life. So I found a new dentist. Dr. Moore personally called me to ask why I switched. He arrogantly claimed that he would never say that to a patient. Then he made it worse by telling me,"If I didn't tell you that your tooth needed to be crowned, then you will come back to me angry that I didn't recommend crowning the tooth when you have your picture taken. Pictures make a tooth appear more yellow because of the translucence. I don't want you angry at me when you take a picture with a yellow tooth. I have to recommend these procedures." WOW, you really made me feel better. I have tons of pictures with my yellow tooth and it never bothered me or made me angry at any of my dentists. It was NEVER an issue until the day I met Dr. Moore. Too bad, because I really liked his hygenist. She did a great job, was gentle and very knowledgeable. I want a good dentist, not a salesman to work on my teeth.

paid quite a lot of money for treatment that was never done right. still having problems to this day. no wonder this dentist never had any problem booking appointments. he never had any other patients there while either. his xray technique seems to be lacking, as they are blurry. possibly for a reason.

I was very impressed when I used Dashpoint Family Dental. I needed to get a done and they got me an appointment very fast. The staff was just great and very helpful. They made the whole procedure as painless and relaxing as possible, offered me headphones and cd's to listen too. If you are looking for a painless dentist with a lot of experience, I would go there.
