I have been a patient of Dr. Edgar's for probably ten years. She also took over my kids' dental care and orthodontics when they "graduated" from the pediatric dentist. The front desk staff at the office are very helpful and do their best to set appts at a times that are convenient, which is great when you have two kids in braces at once. I do wish they were open on Fridays, but that's just because I'm off work then (it would also be helpful for scheduling appts for students, who have all those teacher workdays on Fridays). Their insurance billing is always spot on, and they even discovered additional ortho benefits for my kids when we changed insurance companies. The assistants and hygienists are very friendly and capable, and, while they'll remind you to floss, they won't flog you if you don't! I really feel that Dr. Edgar and her staff are always doing their best to provide excellent dental care without pain, and that they care about their patients.
