Discovered this place after a friend from work and I decided to meet there. She said they had "great bloody marys" and I was in the mood for it. I thought the place was convenient place to meet especially after work.
Have been there when it's busy but never had problem getting seated as it's a decent size establishment. Thusfar, we've always sat in a booth or a table. Good menu, perfect choices to accompany bar food or light meal... and good value! I've tried the nachos, quesadillas and potato skins which were all great. They are also currently renovating their bathrooms and so far it looks awesome... excellent move and good sign for me that they are there to stay.
They have a few billiard tables, dart boards and flat screen TV's galore for sports enthusiasts. They also have a couple of arcade games but not sure which ones they are.
The service has consistently been good even though it looks like it's usually just one server for the entire place. I've never felt rushed in any way.
Last but not least, the bloody mary is EXCELLENT served with pickled green bean (which I'd never had served in my bloody mary b4) and a large pimento olive. I'm told they will sell a virgin mary "to go" for $4. I just might do that one day.

Torero's is always a good bet for a good meal. A great variety of regional dishes that are a bit different than your usual fare -- my family and friends love to come here to dinner and a margarita!

The Scoreboard Pub is an excellent place for not only really good food, but good place to meet and greet. The staff is generally very nice. Sometimes they are not so nice when busy, but overall it is easy to become a regular. Located within earshot of Celebration Park, the scoreboard has become a Mecca for thirsty post-game softball players. Several times a year, the establishment hosts special events and tournaments that are always great fun. In the summer they take over the entire parking lot for their annual Hot Summer Nights event where everything is prepared and served outside, including live music from a band perched atop a flatbed trailer. The offer pull tabs, but don't over emphasize it. If you can't find a TV in the joint, you are either blind or stupid. Their menu is somewhat dated in my opinion, rarely changing, but the food is not your typical bar food. They offer a variety of tasty dishes and daily special, all reasonably priced. Many varieties of beer on on tap, some changing with the seasons. Best of all, is the million dollar view of Mount Rainier ona clear day.

Anytime we decide to go out to eat, my husband always wants to go to Jake's Ale. The food is pretty good [basic pub fare with some comfort foods], but he likes the choices in beers. No domestic beers for my husband unless they are from a microbrewery and on tap. Jake's Ale meets that need. The rest of us have a good time, too. You can bring children into this one area. There are TV screens here and there and I'm pretty sure they have live music occasionally. I'll always love the Jake's Ale staff, though, because they were so nice to me when I asked to have the Napolean Dynamite poster when they were done with it. They said yes!
