Camp Notre Dame is truly one of the best summer camps around. Open to boys and girls of various ages they offer a variety of programs from day camp to overnight/week camp. They've been around for over 40 years and can truly be trusted as one of the best in town. Based on a Catholic background the camp accepts children of all religions and doesn't force feed religion, yet gives the children a good Christian base to work from. Prayers at meals and such will bring a touch of God to the adventure but it's definitely given to the kids in doses that they don't feel overwhelmed, yet as a parent you know they're in a good Christian atmosphere.
The camp does offer scholarships, although for this year it may be too late. Reasonable rates and programs that can help pay for part of the camp it is truly an experience they will never forget. The biggest problem is, they make plans for going back in the first year they're there!!!
Hay rides, hikes, fishing, hiking, crafts and more. It's a wonderful experience for everyone!

They really know what they are doing here. The prices are average compared to the excellent service. They will work diligently until they find the problem. A full service garage and friendly. Clean inviting waiting room and clean garage areas. They don't mess up the inside of your car while working on it and take great care in doing things right. Definitely recommend.

Ok, being a woman... I have to confess... the BEST part of Poor Richard's for ME is the fact that they will clean the fish for you, filet them and freeze them for about $2 a fish. My son loves to fish, I hate the smell and mess so Poor Richard saves me a lot of heartache.
Along with the cleaning they can provide... they also have fish smoking available. They have various flavors from the regular smoked fish to a wonderful Cajun smoke. If you only get one good big one this is the way to go!
Tons of flies, handmade, are available too and you can spend a little time pulling out all the drawers peeking inside to see what new tie they have! Some are completely unreal while others are very standard. Most run about $1 each, not badly priced at all.
They have everything you ever need there and a very helpful staff inside!
Highly recommended!

If you have to leave your cherished pet at a kennel when you are away from home, this is the perfect place for him or her. Patty and Bill are true animal lovers as is Allison too! Your pet will be so well cared for they may not even want to go home with you! They also do grooming and have pickup and delivery. How convenient!

It's always nice to go into a business establishment and be treated as if you're the best customer that they have. That's what it is like to shop here. Have the basic hardware selections plus a little more. Service is always fast and curtious. Can tell it is a pleasant place to work because everyone there is friendly and smiling.

This is an unusual establishment. It is located behind a closed general store on Bear Creek Road. Once you find it, you will ask yourself if this could possible be the place to sell fine jewelry. It is.
They have a huge collection of jewelry, estate and origins unknown.
You have to experience it at least once. I would venture they have thousands of pieces. Some ugly, some beautiful. I do have a ring my sister bought me years ago that is an amethyst in platinum that i cherish. Well worth the drive. Take all your extra money because you will find something you want. Fancy? The place is not fancy but the content is great.
