I went there often when I was little, either to buy toys or for hair cut or perm. They had a neat black bird that would talk. He's probably not there anymore, but its a fun place for kids. People are nice and friendly and do a good job on hair every-time. When I was little I had long blond hair and always got a perm and trim, this was in the 70's. A wonderful place for kids.

This place has been around for a while…I used to get my haircut here as a kid! They are located in the Fair Oaks Village area. These people know what they are doing when it comes to cutting and styling kids’ hair! If you have a squirmy child they work to distract them with toys. If your child is scared, they are very patient with them and help them to warm up to the experience and people. They have a little area with toys and prizes and things to keep the kids occupied while you are there. EJs is a lot more expensive than say SuperCuts or Great Clips, but they know what they are doing and are experienced at cutting little people’s hair while they wiggle.

EJ's Little People is the ideal place to take your child for their first haircut. Every barber in the shop is dedicated to making the experience fun and painless for your little one. I have been going to EJs since I was little myself, and I always remeber actually being excited to go for a haircut because the people there were so nice to me and they were always smiling and telling jokes. Their aim is to make kids AND parents comfortable with the experience, and they are succeeding admirably.
