I purchased a t.v. 6/11/2010

Good: the service was excelent, the salesman very really nice to me.I bought a t.v. ,returned it because was to small, got another it had bad picture, then got the 3rd one , finally got the right one! Pedro was very patient with me, not many sales peolple like him.. Sears always has an employee ready to help when you need one. You don't have to hunt one down like some other stores I have been to. more

Good: I liked the price of the lawnmower and weed eater.. Bad: I wanted to purchase an air conditioner but they didn't have anymore in boxes so I would have to take the display model and they refused to give me a discount for buying one not in the box.. Improvements: I would have purchased the A/C display model if they had given me a 15-20% discount. Instead I went to Conn's and bought one in a box... more

Sears Rubber Garden Hoses are The beat 5/30/2010

I love the sears rubber hoses because of thier durability and longevity. I purched 2 sears ribber hoses in Illinois in 1975. I brought them to Florida when I moved here in 1978. I used them until 1998 and sears replaced them at no cost due to the connections froze together. I countine tp buy only the sears rubber hoses after trying others with no where near the satisfaction that these hoses give me. I am a true testimony to their preformance and thier guarentee keeps me a satisfied customer for life. "WOW" is my summation of this product. more

web site is a little tricky to navagate thru; couldn't find part by entering part number listed in manual. ordered wrong part, reordered correct one, brought wrong part back to store, got gift card and correct part. all was well. more
