Big, fresh burgers prepared to order, good garlic fries, Handmade Milkshakes are great. Best burger I've had in the area. Good to call ahead at lunch as it gets busy and burgers aren't cooked until ordered. Good place to watch sports, beer on tap.

My daughter and I frequent this store quite often. I always check them first for clothes, toys, and baby gear. I also find the OTHER store in the nearby town to be pretty cramped. I have bought large items there before and have never even been asked for help out when I had my baby in a stroller. At Kid to Kid, I find it easy to look through clothes and toys. I love their selection and I love to check back every week or two to see what new toys they've gotten in. Plus, the staff is very friendly and always remembers us when we stop in, which is very nice.

I have eaten alot of sushi but this is the best around. Dont judge a book by its cover is all I have to say. Go in and look at the menu or the pictures posted at the bar you will not be disapponted.

Barnes & Noble is great - I love book stores, I admit it... I can spend an entire afternoon going up and down every aisle, checking out books on almost any subject. When I find something interesting, I'll plop myself down into a comfy chair (they have lots of them) and read for a bit before I buy. They have a Starbucks inside, so on a cold day I can get my mocha fix too! Their prices aren't the best (really, you can't get a deal on a book anywhere but ebay these days, can you?), but I still like to hang out there and always end up buying more than I went there for. My husband loves their huge magazine collection, and my kids love the large kids section too.

Sandy's 101 omelets in Fairfield is a true lost gem. It is really good! They really do have 101 omelets, and they are delicious. (I loved one with mexican chilles) The portions are enormous, and I always share with someone and have some left over. The omletts come with the biggest biscut I have ever seen, and a large portion of potatoes. Great food at a good price!

I think the first review on this site is for the wrong restaurant -- all the other restaurants the reviewer has written about are near Nashville, TN, and this restaurant is in Fairfield, CA -- I think they posted for the wrong place!
We've been going to Happy Garden for the past 5 years and have always had great, speedy service (particularly for take-out -- it's always ready in 10 minutes), delicious food, and pleasant service. Everything we've had is tasty. Don't be put off by that first review!

i've been using the fairfield l.s. for years. have no complaints. treated me fair and go up and beyond the service required. tires and brakes mite be a bit higher but you'll make up for it in their quality service.
