I just felt the need to thank the staff of Town & Country for being there for us on literally one of the worse days of my life. What I saw that day, and the outcome you provided seem miraculous to me. \r \r The Kitten had a ruptured eardrum, and was miserable. Barely six weeks old, and had not been weaned yet. He needed immediate attention, and I was no where near my regular vet. I called and you let me come right over. Dr. Debbie Bishop was the Veterinarian that helped him survive a severe crushing trauma to his little head, along with the wonderful and staff at this facility. It was a little scarey went we first brought him home. Frankly, poor guy was just so pathetic I just wanted to cry. We cared for him, and loved him after you gave him back to us. We worried a bit. After a week or so, his surviving brother and sister came to stay with us. \r \r I worried some more. He had a lazy eye on the side of the injury. He seemed slower, wanted to sleep a lot, and just didn't quite fit in with the others. We loved him, and kept a close eye he didn't get himself into more trouble than he could handle. Even if he couldn't quite keep up, he was more than welcome in our lives. \r \r This past weekend I noticed a change in his lazy eye. He is pulling it back towards the middle. He is also trying to jump places more now than before. He is catching up with his siblings. We are so enjoying our little kitten family, even more now that Mr. Buttons isn't struggling so. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you being there for us when we needed you. I literally just walked in off the street, and you all made the biggest difference; touching life's in ways you may never comprehend. \r \r Thank you. \r \r Sincerely, \r \r Alicja Sexton \r \r more

Town & Country are HORRIBLE GROOMERS!!! They do not know how to groom a Cocker Spaniel at all! For years we have regularly taken our dog here not only for the Vet but grooming as well. Every single time we received our beautiful Blue Cocker Spaniel back he was butchered! My husband insisted we hang in there with them. I continued to speak to them and request a Cocker cut... each time it was worse... always a new groomer! The last time we picked him up his entire body was shaved to his skin including his ears and feet ... I could not believe my eyes. I could not believe we paid for this either without saying a word...we were speechless! I would have been embarrassed to hand over a dog to an owner/customer that looked like this! I called a week later after I calmed down and of course the excuse was a new groomer again. We have spent a ton of money there over the years... DONE... NEVER AGAIN!!! After waiting a month for his hair to grow out I have scheduled with an experienced groomer for Cocker Spaniels in Dayton ... amazing > the cost is only 38.00 { WOW } ... We were paying 35.00 for Town & Country to butcher { plus tipping 10.00 > hoping for a good job next time }... No wonder our dog had to be dragged in there each time... he knew ! Happy to say my husband agrees!!!\r more

INCOMPETENT VETS 12/23/2011

Towne & Country mis-diagnosed my pug as having an ear infection for TWO MONTHS! I just had to put my 8 yr old Pug down! If he would have been treated for what he really had, maybe he would be with me here today!! Dr. David & Dr. Katie are incompetent and clueless vets and neglected my dog?s health! I told them a month earlier that his stomach felt hard and swollen and Dr. David said that was normal!? When my pug was in shock and throwing up, in severe pain, couldn?t walk or lay down, I brought him in to see them one last time and Dr. Katie said she wasn?t sure what was wrong with him, he was a mystery case, even after doing an x-ray. She told me to just take him home and give him anti-vomit meds. I took him to a new vet and within 15 minutes she diagnosed him with pancreatitis and said he was hours away from dying! She said she didn?t understand how they didn?t see that his pancreas was enlarged 3 times its normal size! He was with them for 5 days getting 24-7 treatme more
