Christian Taekwondo Association Is great! The prices are reasonable and if you have a personal relationship with Christ or desire one, this not only teaches you self defense but also self defense in a spiritual way. Now I'm sure some of you who read this aren't Christian, and that's your personal preference, however, for those who are and want to better yourself in a self defense, obedient, gaining confident way, then I highly recommend this! I'm a mother of 4 kids ages 7 - 1! So all you moms out there, don't say you don't have time for yourself. What would it do for you to know that you can defend yourself or your children if a situation called for it? What confidence I'm getting in myself! Not only that, but it sets an awesome example for my kids. It seems as though we are pushing our children to be involved and to stay physically active...well parents...let's walk the walk as well as the talk!
