I have been eating Pho On Broadway Soup for about a year now and, it's great. But you have to like Vietnamese soup and, the spicyness that comes with it. Try some of the red chile that's in the bottle with the green top, and has a rooster on it and, I guarentee that you'll never say it's bland again. He (the owner) doesn't put alot of MSGs (Monosodium Glutamate which is a preservative that triples the amount of insulin the pancreas creates, causing rats (and humans?) to become obese ) in his Pho Soup. Everytime that I've called or sat down in his restaurant he's always been courteous. So I am giving him a raving review on his service and, food.

I had been looking for a good pho restaurant in Everett that was close to work. I'd passed by Pho on Broadway several times, and it looked promising. I called to confirm their veggie pho, which they had on the menu. Some co-workers and I came down to try it out. The pho wasn't good. The broth was a little bland and tasted a bit off. The cream puffs were the ice cream store bought variety, and hit the spot after my massive chile heaps in the pho. The service was so-so. Not too great, not terrible. Probably won't be back.
