We got in a car accident in March and needed to purchase another car. Deciding to purchase new, we found a new "breed" of car - the Scion. Rodland Toyota-Scion was conveniently located on WA-99, and that was our first choice of car dealerships. Initially, I wasn't too thrilled with the service - it took a very long time for anyone to come assist us, perhaps because we had our two young children with us? However, when we finally flagged down a salesperson, the rest of our experience was much more positive and went very smoothly. Our salesperson, John Y., was outstanding - we felt no pressure, he answered our questions without trying to sell us anything else. I truly felt like he had our best interests in mind. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and I was very impressed with our experience with Rodland Toyota Scion.
