My ex-roommates liked this store, but I never found one thing in it that I would have spent too-much money on. Everything is really girly, and pastel, lacey, frilly, and they always have dresses in the window that no one would wear, except maybe your divorced, lonely aunt to your cousin's wedding. The prices are high, so it's not like Forever 21 or H&M, where you can spend $20 on a shirt that will probably rip the first time you wear it and not feel bad about it, it's $20. But Fashion Tomato is not the place for that kind of shopping. There is a much better place very close by called Pink Frog. Go there, you'll be happier.

The store looks cute and has clothes that are great for partying but don't plan on wearing them twice. I guess it's good if you don't like to be seen wearing the same thing twice. Most of the stuff is imported from China or Korea and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. Low quality can be understood if the price is right but when you are paying $40 for a shirt you'll be able to wear once and you think about the 400% mark -up, you start to have second thoughts.

Walking past Fashion Tomato always makes you want to stop and look at their window, and then you end up going in... It's definitely the place to go if you're looking for clothes to go out, or if you just like to dress funky. However, I do have to say the quality isn't that great for what you're paying. I guess I have a bit more industry knowledge, but hey it's a great deal for people who don't over-analyze value in clothing.
I'd compare it to a Forever 21 or an big city asian boutique. It's worth checking out.
