With a wine list consistently awarded by Wine Spectator magazine, and expert chefs and dessertiers, dining at AMBROSIA is an experience you want to last all night. In addition to the great food and drinks, the decor of antique tables and lamps makes you feel like you stepped into a different time in America, New-Orleans style, classy, jazzy, romantic. Eating at Ambrosia feels like home because everyone goes out of there way to make sure your visit is pleasant and memorable. The drinks are always poured perfectly and with a smile. And the food prepared by the fabulous chef Dave is delicious. My personal favs would include the baked goat cheese salad, any pasta dish with seafood (usually a seasonal special) and the lasagna. For a quick bite, the pizzas and calzones can't be beat. They are always made with the freshest ingredients right before your eyes.
Ambroisa most certainly could serve it up to the gods... but they have been nice enough to share it with mortals like us.

Had so much fun at Touche in PDX that we decided to try Ambrosia. Had a fantastic dinner and came back a few weeks later for an amazing wine tasting with spectacular food.
