Some of the reviews are based on pricing however when I checked the MSRP on the Haro web site and compared them with the price tags at the Bike Barn I noticed about a 10% mark-up, also I notice that the Haro web site states that the actual retail price may vary based on any added dealer freight, tax and assembly fees. It seems unfair to criticize this store for pricing when the consumer has no idea the price that the dealer pays for the product. Ask for a discount maybe you will get one.!!!!!!

If you like to pay 30% over the retail price for your bikes then you will love this place. Check the maufacturers websites and you will see that the bikes in this shop are overpriced by 30%. Thats a lot of extra money on a 500 to 1500 dollar bike. The worst part is that they smile and act as if its your fault that they have to rip you off because you are shopping in a small local bike shop. I learned a long time ago that the only time a used car salesman smiles is when he's ripping you off and you dont even know it. I was acctually told that the owner didnt care if she lost my business because someone else would just pay the higher price. That someone else could be you. Oh and by the way dont expect them to bring their price down to "earn " your business by selling the bike at full retail instead of 30% over retail.... they wont, if you do not want to be ripped off then they do not want your business.

The staff at the bike barn were very helpful and they really knew their stuff. I will never go anywhere else for my bike needs.

I recently went into this business to research what kind of bikes are available. The salesman was very attentive and talked to me extensively about bikes and also gave good advice about how to prevent my bike from being stolen. He gave me a personal tip and showed me some heavy duty locks. There is an interesting antique bike in this shop. They have some rentals including a two seater recumbent type of bike that looked like fun.
Since this is a small store in a plaza, it is a bit hard to find. It is near GI Joe's.
