Located in the 5th street shopping district, the Steelhead is a conveniently located bar and restaurant. They brew excellent beer on the premises and offer a variety of kinds. The atmosphere is enhanced with big windows. My only real complaint is that some tables have easy chairs for seating which sometimes are not compatible with the height of the tables.

I have been going to and recommending Turtles for quite a while and it is by far my favorite restaurant anywhere! They have fantastic drinks (Scooby Snack is my fav), make their own salad dressing, have creative house salads, nice wait staff, and an awesome atmosphere. I love it! I would eat there every day if I could. I recommend the charbroiled salmon with house salad and mashed potatoes. Mmmm, the perfect dinner.

A great place for local brew! The food is good as well. I am particularly fond of the Hummus plate, the Communication Breakdown burger and the African Peanut soup (very spicy!). The North Bank branch has an excellent view of the river and is fun to sit outside in good weather to watch the wildlife in the river and the people on the bike path.

I was really excited about having lunch with my daughter at McGraths Fish House because I had heard some good things about them. Actually everything was fine until I found a long hair in my food and that did it for me. I'm sure they don't serve hair on a regular basis but I couldn't go back without thinking of it so wrote them off.

Well, it's fast food, so there aren't too many expectations. I do like that they have two drive thru's to make ordering faster. The service can be slow at times, depending on the time of the day. The food always tastes great.
