Joyce's Noodle House -- Essex, Vermont When I tell you that Joyce's has the best spring rolls you'll ever eat, I would expect skepticism, but just taste and . . . well, taste and you'll understand -- crunchy, light, delicious! Joyce's is more than their spring rolls, of course, the food is top-notch with all the best of the far east homemade in the Green Mountains. Out of habit I've stayed consistent with the Kung Pao, Hunan, and Szechuan favorites. Joyce's offers take-out and dine-in options. Eating at Joyce's is always treat, the service is always excellent and the atmosphere is light and airy like the spring rolls! It's a great place to take visitors from out-of-town or that special someone. Prices are consistent with quality, expect to pay between $20 and $30 for two entrées, drinks, and appetizers (did I mention the spring rolls?).
