If you dont fit how their clientele should look, you can be sure to be ignored. They need an attitude adjustment. When I walked in, I was looking very hard for a certain dress, but when I asked, it was like I was talking a foreign language. No response. As a mom, I was willing to spend whatever amount to look great for my son's wedding. Sorry to say, they lost my business forever. Would never go there again. People, go to David's Bridal. It may be busy, but they are genuinely respectful. Maybe that is why they are soooo busy.

Nothing about this place is good! The attitudes of the employees were horrible. If you want somebody stuck up and pushy....that was them. They kept giving us lines of crap about how their dresses were special line and they couldn't give you prices or even the name of the designer of the dress. They said they only sold exclusive dresses at their store that you couldn't find anywhere else. LIE!! You can find them everywhere. You are not allowed to have a family member help you dress, only the employee...who is very judgemental on your choices of dresses. This is an invasion of privacy I believe. Every single employee was stuck up and snooty, acting better than everyone else. They were not helpful or nice. They were very rude and snotty. There was nothing they would do to make you happy. You can't take pictures of the dresses....(because they are exclusive, lie lie lie). There is nothing good to mention at all. They are in it for the money and nothing more. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! The business is family owned so all the employees are the same, snotty, bitchy, rude women who are stuck up!!

After pricing numerous gowns in my hometown in south east PA, I came back to school in Erie and went to Bridal Elegance. From the moment I walked in, the salespeople were friendly and helpful and assisted greatly with trying to find something that worked well and that I liked. They allowed me to try on as many as I liked and they put a dress on hold for a day at no extra charge. I eventually bought the dress there and because of that received a discount on invitations and on bridesmaids dresses. They carry a very large assortment of designers in all styles. Very good bridal store.

When my daughter was looking for wedding dresses this was one place we visited first. Their attitude was not good from the very beginning. My daughter is a plus size and they kept making a big deal about needing a larger size dress. Needless to say she went elsewhere for her dress when she was treated in a kinder manner. She did purchase bridesmaids dresses there but wished she hadnt.
