My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Bianchi. Our sales person was attentive, yet not pushy. We purchased the vehicle over Memorial Day weekend near the end of the business day. Even though they were closing soon, we were not made to feel rushed in our financing decision. However, they did mess up our title work and it cost us extra to get it fixed. When we called, they denied wrongdoing, but offered us a free oil change, even though we now live 400 miles away. We didn't feel that their customer service was good and I would not recommend them to others for that very reason. They were were nice while we were buying, but after the sale was made, the customer no longer was right.
