Unfortunately, my experience was nowhere as good. The gentlemen that delivered my appliances damaged an entryway arch, scraping paint off the wall and gouging the plaster. This could have been avoided completely if they had taken measurements to see that it was going to be a tight fit, and removed the refrigerator doors. Also, the front wheels were much lower than the rear wheels, so there was a serious tilt to the entire fridge, making it even "wider".
Then on top of that, the fridge would run, but never got cool. I spoke with Mr Pinales. He came out the next day and observed the non-working fridge and looked at the damage. Instead of letting me take care of the damage the right way, he did his level best to bully me into letting an unlicensed worker repair it on the spot. I thanked him for the concern, but told him I wanted to be sure it was done correctly. I would give him the opportunity to make it right, but it would be done the legal and correct way. He continued to debate and try to bully. I told him the debating and arguing needed to stop. He kept trying to convince me to let his guy do it. I told him no.
He mentioned several times about being a member of the better business bureau. I looked it up. No, he isn't. Bottom line, he took his non-cooling fridge and a gas stove that was also delivered, and went home.
Not good business dealings, not customer oriented, a bully, an arguer, not concerned enough about reputation to have things done the right way, appears to have a problem with complete truthfulness. I would not recommend dealing with Pinales Appliance Service, I would warn against it.
