They installed a defective glass, sent two guys out to examine windshield. I watched them from office window (which is tinted can see out but not in) and I saw them dig at the crack and when I went out to confront them they said it was my fault. When I told them I had been watching the whole time the one guy said I have been doing this for 20+ years who do you think they are going to believe? I was floored and he was right when I called the company the lady on the phone told me to quit lying!! This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with and their work is horrid. I am SHOCKED they are still in business. more

Good: nothing at all. Bad: the damage done to my vehicle. Improvements: them to pay for the damage. Other: I have no idea how this place is still in business after seeing how they handle customers and destroying cars. All the staff should be terminated. If i owned that place everyone would be fired.. more

Avoid their business 1/5/2010

Hedlund installed a defective windshield glass on my car, reassured me that there would be no problem in the future and if so, they would take of it. I took my car back to them because the defect was visible. They denied installing the windshield although I had a receipt. If you don't want headache, avoid them. more

Great Customer Service 4/15/2006

I cannot say enough good about Hedlund Glass. They are so customer oriented that it's scary!!! I swear! They have great prices, usually beating or matching the competition and the service is above and beyond what anyone would expect. Friendly atmosphere and expert service, I've used them twice to replace a windshield. They also can work on the interior, fixing or replacing various items such as that pesky upper cloth that keeps coming down on your head. (It has a name.. but I have no clue what they called it! lol) They're good, they're honest, they're reliable and they're definitely who you should use for all of your glass needs! I promise you won't be disappointed! more
