I love this place for the fresh produce and hard to find items that you can find only in health food stores. Fresh bulk bins carry everything from fresh spices to fresh whole grains. Carob coated items and dried fruits are some of the best in town. Both a cooler and a freezer help keep tofu items and vegetarian items available for those eating strictly vegetarian. A great selection of herbs, vitamins and other health related items is available and the help generally is quite knowledgeable about what they offer. While you can belong as a member, it's not necessary. Their small café offers a different style of menu and will also help you find new things you might like. Slightly eclectic and definitely not your average grocery store they offer a great variety of food items locally grown in the summer days and some of the best health foods and whole foods around!
