When I was a kid, all I knew about drive-ins was what I’d seen in movies such as Grease. We had one in our neighborhood, but I never went there until I was in my late teens. For the last few years, Cinderella Twin has been struggling to stay open: they’ve been fighting demolition, but it keeps getting delayed another year…and another. Personally, I think there is no movie experience quite like the drive-in – you don’t need a perfectly tuned sound system and reclining seats in order to enjoy a movie properly! Please, folks, show your support for the local drive-in, Cinderella Twin, before it’s too late!

Have you ever been to a drive-in movie? The only one that I've ever even seen (or been to) is right here around Denver.
The Cinderella Twin Drive-In Theater website says one average carload costs $12. When my husband and I had gone, we viewed 3 movies in the same evening. (Well, he viewed three and I slept through one. :)
Twelve dollars is a great price for two adults to see 3 movies - especially when compared to a regular theater that costs $8 per person and per movie!
The drive-in has restrooms as well as a place to get snacks, but I suggest you bring your own snacks, unless you don't mind the regular-type snacks such as nachos-n-cheese, chips, and candy bars.
Get your friends and family together and head over to Cinderella Twin Drive-In Theatre for a long evening of entertainment!
(The drive-in is closed during the winter months.)
